Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
We currently offer free shipping to UK addresses only. All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of the order value. We use a variety of trusted courier services to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your shipment and stay updated on its progress.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we rely on third-party courier services. However, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. DO NOT RETURN TO OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS!
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
