Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team - returns@dronehundred.com We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. You will have to pay shipping costs.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
